Irons Builders – Based in Wagga Wagga, Irons Builders undertakes commercial and residential projects as well as insurance assessments and works for some of Australia’s largest insurance agencies.

Disconnect and removal of storm damaged 5KW solar system and replace with new 5KW solar system.

Approach
  • Disconnect and make safe of all DC panels and AC electrical equipment.
  • Removal and disposal of all storm damaged solar cells which had micro cracking to over 80% of installation. Removal of all panel rail mount system as existing outlay did not meet Australian Standards.
  • Design, installation and supply of new 5KW solar system to meet Australian Standards.
  • Installation and supply of 11 x 390w panels in single row formation with roof mounted isolator.
  • Installation and supply of 1 x 5KW Fronius inverter.
  • Removal and disposal of existing inverter and DC cabling.
  • Testing and labeling of all new installation.
